    Description

    group of 10 ads for
    Walker's DeLuxe Bourbon
    1950 — 1968
This is a group of ten old magazine advertisements for Walker's DeLuxe Straight Bourbon Whiskey, produced by Hiram Walker & Sons, Inc., of Peoria, Illinois. They were all published in the 1950s or '60s.
All of the ads are full-page ones, with 8 of them on sheets measuring approximately 10 x 13.5 inches each, while the other 2 are on 8x11" pages. One is worn along the edge and dampstained, but the others are generally in very good-to-excellent condition.
Each ad is different, and all are shown in the accompanying photos. Note that the five featuring the black butler who appeared for years in Walker's DeLuxe ads look similar to each other at first, but in fact are all different in both the photos and texts used.
