CONDITION

Is as shown.
Excellent overall condition with no dog ears or the likes. Some small and minor soiling here and there but what ever there is.... is hardly noticeable. It did have a small tear on the top back cover close to the spine which I have stopped from traveling & for handling purposes with just a small sticky part only of a post-it note. This will not stain in the future and can be removed at any time if desired, as shown.  There is only one staple ever put in this but there is a single mark as shown in the photos from where the second was to be.  Maybe it ran out of staples??
