We have found that this pattern works for a large variety of dolls, such as:
Ellowyne, 14" Kish and 14" Betsy McCall, and Robert Tonner's Tyler
Write me if you want the slight adjustments needed for them. They are pictured in the outfits without any adjustments.

For those who want to know if this will work for Ellowyne, Use the Goodreau pieces and snug up the side seams as desired for fit.
Ellowyne's measurements are:
Bust: 17.45cm
Waist: 12.70cm
Hips: 18.42cm
For 14" Kish, use the Planetdoll pieces and add 1/4" to the back edges.
Kish Chrysallis' measurements are:
Height: 36cm
Bust: 17.5cm
Waist: 16cm
Hips: 19cm
