About Us:
Top Dog Tool was established to provide our customers with the same service and selection found in our Knoxville store. As the first Bosch Systems Specialist in the state of Tennessee, we pride ourselves in a huge selection of Bosch power tools and accessories. Along with Bosch, we are making other industrial brands such as MK Morse, Camel Grinding Wheels, and Ruko Tool available to the general public. Our tools are designed for industrial applications, but will also handle any DIY project around the house.

At Top Dog Tool, our goal is to offer you an uncomplicated and enjoyable shopping experience. To that end, we offer .95 flat rate shipping on items shipped via UPS (under 70 lbs.) within the contiguous United States. Items over 0 qualify for free shipping. “For those Dog Fans that play well with others, this should be explanation enough.” For those that don’t appreciate the fact that we want you completely satisfied and will bend over backwards to do so, we reserve the right to put you on a leash and send you home without a new toy

If you need expedited shipping or freight orders, we will charge actual shipping cost for those services. Expedited shipping is available Monday through Friday.
The preferred carrier of Top Dog Tool is UPS. All ship times are counted in business days only.
Top Dog Tool will ship to any physical address in the US. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of the US at this time. Each package requires signature confirmation, therefore, this requires that the customer make themselves available for delivery.
Every item shipped from Top Dog Tool is insured up to the full purchase price. It is the responsibility of Top Dog Tool to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Top Dog Tool to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.
