Chicken Nic Nak - Rooster - Small

Hi There, how are you doing today!
Today I have for your gazing glory a small Rooster.
He is small, Stands about 4  inches tall. About 3 inches long, and about 2 inches wide.
I am not sure what it is made of. It could be plastic. The base is solid color.
He is standing on a pile of fruit. The fruit has paint chips. Check the photos. Many, if not all of, the off color spots are where the paint has flaked off.
I have
described this thing to the best of my knowledge. I don't know much. So PLEASE ask, do not assume. I will be happy to help the best that I can.
