Pattern has been designed to use with cotton, cotton blends blends, light weight denim and similar weight fabrics. This pattern is also available for Ellowyne Wilde, 14.5" Flexi Pose & 15.25" Maudlynne & LittleMissMatched dolls. Marley and Patience can use the same patterns. Their difference is in their heads.
