RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Under applicable law, the BestGift enables the exchange or return of items ordered and received within 30 days from its receipt. Customer must contact our team by email prior to return the product. The products must be returned within 30 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase. We will only accept products that are in good condition with full packaging. All items will be checked on arrival to our facility and will be accepted for exchange or refund those who comply with the conditions of return set out above. We did not perform exchanges or refund in personalized(customized) products unless they have manufacturing defects. If the customer wants to be reimbursed, we inform that:
• The refund will be made by the same payment method.
• P&P charges are not refundable.

Shipping costs for our facilities are the responsibility of the Customer
• The refund will be processed only after detailed verification of returned products. The BestGift reserves the right to refuse products that do not meet these conditions.
