Payment:
Payments must be made within seven days, after seven days an unpaid item claim will be filed with eBay and the item will be relisted.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are welcome as long as the desired item is in stock. Please call prior to sending out a product to be exchanged in order to ensure the correct size and style is available. All exchanges must be approved by a manager. The customer is responsible for shipping fees accrued in sending the original item back to Ecklund Motorsports of Oshkosh, as well as shipping fees to send the new item back to the customer. Tags must be attached and product must be in its original condition.
Refunds:
If you would like to make a return, you may send an item back for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Please call us prior to returning. All refunds must be approved by a manager. The customer is responsible for shipping fees accrued in sending the original item back to Ecklund Motorsports. Customer will be refunded for their purchase minus any shipping fees. Tags must be attached and product must be in its original condition. A 20% restocking fee may apply to some items.
Shipping:
Rates given are for customers within the continental United States. All items ordered on eBay are shipped standard shipping, through either USPS or UPS. If the shipping address for an item is a PO BOX, please note that the item will not be shipped through UPS. If you have a preferred carrier, please contact us before purchasing. Please request combined shipping before paying for your items, we will not refund after you have paid.

Availability of items may vary, as we are a full retail store located in Oshkosh, WI. We also participate in several large regional snow shows in the fall. Please call or email to ensure availability of an item before purchasing.
