    Description

For your consideration is a a late 50's era "The Indiana" standard alto saxophone made by Martin band instruments. This saxophone (serial # 67306) is dated to 1958 and is a phase III according to the information provided by cafesaxophone.com, themartinhistory.net, and saxpics.com.
Saxophone is in very good shape with almost no wear to speak of. However, it does need a regulation and adjustment as many of the keys are leaky. With enough pressure, you can make the instrument play, but to get the best of the instrument, we recommend seeing your local repair technician. Before making an offer or placing an order, please factor in the regulation/adjustment costs as pricing can vary from shop to shop.
Case is functional, but is in rough cosmetic shape and is included in the offering mostly as a means to safely ship the instrument. Several scratches, scrapes, and duct tape sections are present. Latches and handle are working and instrument sits comfortably inside, but isn't recommended for long term use.
Listing does NOT included a mouthpiece, ligature, cap, or stand. Items included are neck, body, and case.
    Thanks for your consideration!
