Vintage Conn brand C MELODY contoured saxophone case. Rare to find these!! Came with a 1921 Conn NWI C melody saxophone. I decided to just modify a tenor case to protect my horn more, so I am selling this old case. Could be restored if you have the skill and means.
As of now, it doesn't have much padding or protection for the horn. All hinges and latches work great! There is one hinge missing. I don't think the handle is original. Case has some tape on it, scuffs, obvious wear from the last 100 years! Please see photos. Feel free to request more photos of specific areas if you want. The wood integrity seems to be intact throughout. Does have an "old" smell, but not too bad.
When in this case, your c melody neck will have to be stored in the bell, so may only work with straight neck c melody saxes, not sure.
